各境外培訓(xùn)合作機(jī)構(gòu)：
第十七屆中國國際人才交流大會(huì)（以下簡稱大會(huì)）將于2019年4月14日至15日在深圳召開。為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中外人才交流合作，加強(qiáng)境外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育培訓(xùn)資源建設(shè)，推動(dòng)境外培訓(xùn)資源與境內(nèi)培訓(xùn)需求對(duì)接，科學(xué)技術(shù)部將在大會(huì)期間組織召開2019年境外培訓(xùn)合作機(jī)構(gòu)座談會(huì)（以下簡稱座談會(huì)）?，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：
一、 會(huì)議主要內(nèi)容
介紹近年來因公出國（境）培訓(xùn)的有關(guān)政策規(guī)定、出國（境）培訓(xùn)基本情況；就加強(qiáng)境外培訓(xùn)合作機(jī)構(gòu)精品課程建設(shè)、培育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)核心資源、促進(jìn)境外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育培訓(xùn)資源與境內(nèi)培訓(xùn)需求對(duì)接等進(jìn)行交流，推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)合作共贏。
二、 會(huì)議時(shí)間地點(diǎn)
時(shí)間：2019年4月14日（星期日）下午15:00
地點(diǎn)：深圳會(huì)展中心（深圳市福田區(qū)福華三路與金田路交匯處，具體會(huì)場簽到時(shí)通知）
三、 參會(huì)人員
境外培訓(xùn)合作機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人或代表，每機(jī)構(gòu)1-2名。
四、 其他事宜
1.參加座談會(huì)人員請(qǐng)于3月22日前將會(huì)議報(bào)名表（見附件）發(fā)至我司，逾期不再受理。

2.本屆大會(huì)將設(shè)立境外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)展區(qū)，各機(jī)構(gòu)可自行報(bào)名。如需參展,請(qǐng)于3月29日前在大會(huì)官方網(wǎng)站（www.tradingpartnershipsafrica.com）“我要參展”板塊報(bào)名，逾期不再受理。

Notice on Overseas Training Cooperative Organizations Symposium 2019
Overseas Training Cooperative Organizations:
The 17th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (hereinafter referred to as CIEP) will convene in Shenzhen from April 14 to 15, 2019. In order to further advance exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign talents, to strengthen the construction of high-quality training resources, and to promote the matching of resources with demand, Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) will organize the Overseas Training Cooperative Organizations Symposium 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the symposium) during the conference. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Ⅰ. Symposium Agenda
Introducing policies, regulations and basic information on overseas training in recent years; exchanging ideas on constructing high-quality professional courses, exploring core training resources of Overseas Training Cooperative Organizations (OTCO) and promoting the matching of overseas training resources with Chinese training demand, which are expected to accelerate win-win cooperation.
Ⅱ. Time & Location
Time: 15:00, April 14, 2019 (Sunday)
Location: Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center ( Intersection between Fuhua Third Road and Jintian Road Futian District, Shenzhen, the specific venue will be noticed when register in the morning of April 14)

1. Please send the "Application Form for OTCO Symposium 2019" (see attachment) to the email address of Department of Overseas Intellectual Resources Cooperation by March 22, overdue applications will not be accepted.

Our department will set the Registration Desk from 9:30 to 11:00 on April 14, in 205 Meeting Room, Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. All the participants of OTCO Symposium 2019 must sign in and get the special entry pass for the symposium during that period.
2. CIEP sets up exhibition areas for overseas training organizations, OTCO can apply. Exhibitors can refer to the relevant information in the section "Wo Yao Can Zhan" (I want to exhibit) on the official website of CIEP and apply before March 29, overdue applications will not be accepted.

3. Accommodation and transportation are on the participants' own expenses and shall be reserved by yourselves. If you need help to book a hotel and pick-up/drop-off service, you can apply on the official website of the conference before March 25th.
